I had an amazing experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly hospitable staff. Nishi at the welcome desk truly made our stay memorable by decorating our room for a birthday celebration and surprising us with a cake. The property itself is large and impressive, with fantastic room amenities. However, the dining options could be expanded, and some aspects of the service were not as efficient as I expected.
